Business Man/Woman - You are business man/woman and your aim is to succeed in it. Fine, but there are some strategies you need to take as a person and know that in economic downturn, overall economic activity decreases. As a result, businesses could experience falling sales, cash flow problems, employment freezes or redundancies. Take everything into consideration.. Costs, possible employees if things get going or promoting your business for recognition ... then think about this: Choosing a name for your business.-Will you need premises? Have you found how much they are likely to cost either to rent or to buy? Can you afford this? Will you work from home? -Do you have the money in place to set up your business or do you need to find funding? Have you approached anyone about loans, grants or other financial support? Will you need to buy stock, equipment or business supplies? -Have you written a business plan?

Building Contractor - Being a building contractor is a great job because you really get to make a difference in the buildings that are going up. However, it can be hard to sell yourself because building contractor marketing tips aren't exactly growing on trees. For instance, you will have to decide on what exactly it is you want to have done. Then there are the designs, plans, materials and deadlines to consider. Too many people fail to appreciate how tough it is to make a string of decisions in a matter of weeks.
